The Native Asset Policy Registration/Information Certificates CIP by Adam Dean proposes a mechanism similar to stake pool registration certificates and Catalyst voter registration certificates, with the goal of allowing projects/creators to register the intent and top-level information about their project.

The proposal is still in its early stages, but aims to be forward and backwards compatible for all native script policies. It will allow for dynamic and readily updateable metadata at a token policy level, while minimizing ledger bloat and maximizing flexibility.
